MITT earnings released, book value of 2.63/share. Currently MITT is at 5.30 premarket. So is this good news or bad news? Well, Its mostly good. MITT is still in the dumps like most REITS, and will have canceled dividends completely for now. The good news is that they are not in danger of collapsing anymore, and are on the road to recovery. Their estimated book value a few months ago was just .75C, so it increased substantially.

IVR's book value is already around $3/share, and their earnings report is coming around next week, so we should see, I'm hoping, a rise in their book value to. $5/share isn't out of the question.
