This version removes the need to have my server queried each time a pastebin adddress is posted. It also only fetches the pastebin address once per thread and will reuse the previously fetched data which will make everything 1. faster and 2. less prone to errors.

My honest opinion: We need better PR out of this. The first spontaneous image with the sympathetic gaben guy and the qt3.1415 grill was WAY more valuable than the relatively costly moolah follow up.

Homeless people didn't want their images taken, that is understandable. But unless you can think of another way to carry the emotional message to the audience (hard-warming article is good but it's better if there is at least one nice picture to go with it) it won't do much. I also do realize that unpolished picture of a homeless shelter (especially with bad lightning) are hard to pull off.
