STOP RIGHT THERE. If you've spent your money on a cryptocurrency but:

>you've never read the whitepaper
>you've never once looked at the code
>you don't follow the creator on twitter
>you have never posted on the coin's community forum
>you don't read news for the coin daily
>you've never sat down with pen & paper and projected the growth for # of miners, users, and traders in the next 10 years
>you don't know what percentages of the coin are controlled by single organizations
>you've purchased a coin with a PMV above 50
>you don't know the difference between a hard fork and a soft fork

If any of this applies to you, STOP IT. You are not ready to trade. Sell all of your coins right now, come back after you understand the technology, ecosystem and the discipline.

I've sat down and projected how much money we're all gonna make on 4/20 with THC.

The first thing I'm gonna buy with the profits is a new car.

>lloking at code.
But im not a coder.
Surely I can invest without being a proffesional at the field..
also its not always about the technology as much as about the perception.
Many times shit pumped cause it looked good despite there being other better alternatives.

us intjs and others can easily predict the future by looking at what is out there, the technical details of how perfect some tech is rarely helps its success ie. windows

Well, all of these are applicable to me except I've yet to invest in Cryptocurrency

I'm interested in buying and holding bitcoin only, not these other alt-coins. I'm mostly invested in rental properties and Stocks-ETFs at the moment but wanting to get something a little more spicy.

Think it's a waste of time to just hold some Bitcoin given the above?

This is honestly true.
Around 50% of succesful traders are INTJ.
When you hear that 90% of traders fail, half of the 10% that succeed are INTJ.

suck my cock lad, I've made over 100 btc selling shitcoins and never read a single white paper or got more involved in the community than trolling in the altcoin forum post.

Is there any reason for actively not reading the whitepaper of your investments, other than just not being able to understand it?

If you can't understand it, this game is probably not right for you.
