B) The myth has been propagated and repeated for so long that everyone believes it, and every year, every month they ALWAYS say "it'll end soon!!"

C) Absolutely ZERO evidence has been brought forth to show any kind of manipulation, "muh JPM hoarding for deep state", etc. ZERO.

Copper is usually only about $1.50-$2 a POUND. Maybe $3-$4 in the best of times, unless you take the time to melt it down yourself. You'd have to be paying pennies on the dollar to buy a copper round to even break even.

Literally the only reason to by one is if you like the design or something. Its just not worth it in any sense for investment. You're losing like, 90% of its value even by buying it at a dollar or two an ounce.

Pretty much all of the price is just in producing the thing.

The big banks are running for the exits on their short positions, and Eric Sprott is getting phone calls from people begging him for 1000-ounce silver bars. Something strange is quite clearly going on. Are you aware that JPM traders have actually been convicted of PM manipulation? Bart Chilton was directly involved in it. He speaks about it from personal experience. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n665orfBOqM&feature=emb_title.. I assume you don't have it in any kind of tube or capsule, right? By storing silver in air, it will eventually, very slowly tarnish. However, in a vault or safe where the air is stale (little or slow exchange of fresh air to the silver surface) this process is slowed down. You would only have potential issues if you placed lead/brass in long term, metal on metal contact with your silver. And even then, that takes years. Gold and plat are so inert that they don't care where you put them so long as it isn't aqua regia.

TLDR; you're fine dude.

>My PM dealer has been trying to get silver bars for months now but can’t
It get me really spooped; my orders from fucking march are still "in preparation" and each time i reach to them they delay the date, now i'm supposed to get delivered in end of july..
These mofos got greedy and sold silver they didn't own when the premiums were crazy high to make more shekels, but the minters are still not delivering. Last time i REEEEE'd super hard and ended up on the phone with the CEO of the franchise (i bought for $15K total of silver just in march from them) and this fucker told me they still have 17000 orders WAITING to be fulfilled because minters are out of stock for bars everywhere.
Fucking greedy kikes pieces of shit.

Tonopah NV is mostly hard rock gold, look in old waste piles for iron stained milk quartz, ore a blue stained quartz. This carrys the best gold values, up to 25 ounces a tonne in rare cases.

For gear see if you can find a simple "panning kit" on amazon for cheap. they show up easily with that tag. Also get a good hammer, a spoon or similar tool for cleaning cracks will help too. A good pick and shovel from a garden store might come in handy as well. Check thediggings.com/ for specific areas your going to be near, half the battle of prospecting is knowing what are where to dig.

I don't think water is a big deal for silver tarnish. Tarnish is a silver sulfide that forms from a reaction with trace amounts of sulfur containing gas in air. Its worth it I guess if you're afraid of rust affecting magazines or guns and you live in a humid place.

It's possible to get lightly handled dimes in junk silver rolls, but they're definitely not BU or mint fresh if you take a magnifying glass to them under good light. Google what graders look for on Mercs, but you should notice that wear and tear blurs the lines on the stick in the faces on the reverse, and the waves of the hair on the obverse.

We've been printing money like mad, especially lately, over the past few years.
It's not more like 170k/oz projection for Au. Hell, this isn't even accounting for all of the private ownership of Au.
For all we know, Au could be something like 240k/oz and Silver could turn out to be 25k/oz.

None of us really know for sure, but even the projection we did a few years ago seems asinine now.

Yes. The USD is a competitor with Gold, but now with it weakening from printing, and the future looking increasingly unstable, the macros are better than ever for it. Most Gold mines have come off a 7 year bear market as well, so they're still lean efficient companies.

In fact, China just announced they're abandoning the dollar this evening, not that I think they have what it takes to replace the USD, but it is a precedent.

Now do any anons know how to set up some kind of a poll or a vote? I think it would help to get some kind of a ranking for all those youtube resources, so newfrens and oldfrens looking to learn can decide which channels to watch first.

Alternately/in addition to--- maybe a short description for each channel? I think most of us know Mike Maloney and Peter Schiff, and even normies know Ron Paul and Rich Dad/Poor Dad, but a description and/or ranking might help anons decide whether to watch Andrei Jikh or belangp first, which would be most applicable to their situation etc...

It all depends on your monthly income and how much free money you want to allocate to investing and saving for the future.
Also its important that if you want to buy physical silver or gold you need to verify that you have a dealer near you that you can buy it from, online dealers will also apply but you have to factor in shipping cost.

So lets say you start a monthly investing plan, how much shekels will you be able to invest every single month no matter what happens?
Its important that you do not lower the monthly investment if you have other bills to pay, so make it a sum that you can sustain.

It’s not anon, to give you perspective normies don’t even own an ounce of silver and usually are in debt.

Any amount puts you ahead of 99% of the population. I think it’s only about 50 anons who post here; and they have sub 1000oz and have stacks in the 100-200oz range. There are some whales in here but they are the exception not the rule. That said a great journey starts with a single step. It very well may go above that level, since we are now entering into the same high inflation environment which we had in the 70s and 80s, and the price of gold is inversely correlated with real yields. Nominal yields were still 5% in 2008. Real yields are now negative. The Fed is completely out of ammunition.

>do you buy primarily silver or gold?
It depends on the money u can spend and the place to store silver.
Silver is atm cheap vs gold but it's hard to say, when silver will start a rallye.
How much safety do u want? Buy gold.
U like some risks then go for more silver.

>bars or coins?
bars are more regional known and coins are more global known.
If u intend to emigrate to another country get coins, because it's much easier to trade them vs fiat money.

>and what kind of coins and bars?
Most global known gold coins are krugerrands and maple leafs.
For USA American silver/gold eagle and probably buffalo.
Kangaroos from Australia are also well known.
Australian philharmonics are well known in europe and for people , which dislike the queen on coins.

>are you in the eurozone?
Yes. Germany.

Check your local coin dealers. There are always one to two on a city (if they sell numismatics then they will have pure silver and gold lying around as a side business). If you are feeling desperate go into your bank and check on the prices. they are 'ok'.
After that look at online dealers, In the nd go for the deal that is best for you. I tend to go local as I get the PMs right away and the prices are just the same when shipping is considered.

This more or less. the only real way I'm dumpling silver and gold would be to barter for other assets of value, food, or if we return to a gold standard.

Silver can always be turned back into whatever local currency you use. It's highly liquid although you will lose a few percent when buying and selling so it's only recommended as an extremely long term investment.
