I work in mid/upper management at a large corp. A couple token black women got into upper management and probably 80% of management hires since have been black women. In less than 3 years we went from profitable to hemorrhaging money and basic responsibilities are neglected across multiple departments. They interview highly qualified white people with several years experience and choose blacks right out of school for positions that require more than a decade of experience. No one knows how to do anything and all the good people are leaving. Been surreal watching it unfold. It's like the fall of Rome condensed into a few months.
