ETH is pure spaghetti code. ETH was without a doubt a great idea; I will not deny that at all. However, most people in crypto don't have the comprehension or knowledge to be able and look at the code-base and identify flaws that could be catastrophic, both in terms of economic, security, and overall functioning in cost signals.

Vitalik is smart. However, he's the most retarded smart person in all of crypto. He's a fucking child who doesn't own up to his inability to produce a creation and has longevity. Him and his cronies wrote shitty-ass code. It can't scale. The only way it can scale is constant upgrades each time they feel things are getting congested. This is where the problem lies. It is impossible for ETH to implement a scaling solution to where it doesn't need upgrades anymore. For ETH to work, it will need constant upgrades of ETH 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, so on and so forth for an indefinite amount of time - just kicking the can down the road. Off-chain scaling won't work either because ETH's security is already shit on a stick. Making something more complicated that is already a piece of shit is 100% pointless. People can never steadily develop something on ETH because with each 'scaling upgrade', those who are creating on ETH will have to pivot each time to ensure their product is compatible to work on ETH. To sum it up, each time ETH decides to upgrade to scale, it just gets worse.

For ETH to work to the level needed, the amount of ETH in ever single wallet needs to be known after each transaction. Since ETH cannot implement SPV, it's impossible for ETH to scale because it does not have the capabilities to know the exact amount of ETH in every single ETH wallet after each transaction at a massive scale.

The only way to permanently fix ETH would be to roll back the chain to the beginning almost. Vitalik is just your average Russian retard who can't produce anything of value.

Windows didn't win the OS war because it was the best product. It won because it was what gained the most adoption. This is why everyone who is "in it for the tech" will remain poor. Get in ETH or get left behind.

Copypasta aside, lots of effective production code is spaghetti. There’s a fine line between writing clean elegant code and building shit that does what you need it to do.

This desu. All the good shit runs on the ethernet and will do so for the foreseeable future, so Ether will continue to be the de facto standard

Fantom is Ethereum (smart contracts in Solidity) except you can actually run stuff fast without a "second-layer scaling solution"

>> No.19604838

Redpill me on phantom, why should I (as dev, not money swinger) look into it?

>> No.19604905

because you write smart contracts in Solidity but they actually run fast without a "second layer scaling solution"

because people in the real world can use your applications due to the integration with COTI and the stablecoins of fantom.finance

Fantom enables a better user experience because of the almost instant finality.

Fantom is built to be downwards compatible with EVM.

Exactly right, a company's product can win by virtue of the fact that it got the most favorable mainstream press coverage alone.

What makes your naive bitch ass think that us developers want to stay on Ethereum when there are better blockchain platforms?

Developers are going to spread their work on ALL blockchains that allow it for MAXIMUM exposure and MAXIMUM performance.

You are delusional if you think developers are going to stick with some slow ass blockchain when there are better alternatives. It's in the fucking works, just like how ethereum took years to get where it is.

Prepare to be blown the fuck away when DOT, EOS makes new ATH's, and XLM, ADA, FTM, RUNE go above the dollar.

Your 600 Ethereums isn't even going to fucking compare to my 1 million bags of Stellar fucking lumens and 400k ADA in this bullrun. To hell with ethereum. Scam token BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRTTTTT machine, fucking jew platform. fuck pedo coin, fuck eth.

Yeah and these blockchains are going to interact with each other eventually, it doesn't fucking matter
The ecoystem is fucking growing, developers WILL be porting to other blockchains to expand their fucking product.

> CHAINLINK
> CHAINLINK
> CHAINLINK

Chainlink is going to be on the biggest blockchains that allow it, like I fucking said. You are delusional if you think Chainlink is just going to be sticking with Ethereum. FUCK NO. Chainlink is going to be fucking prime when it's available on all other blockchains than Ethereum.

There's nothing wrong with holding Ethereum, but talking down on the next big ones is just fucking retarded and means you hate money.

There won't be a "next big one". You missed out on cheap Ethereum and you're desperately trying to cope.

Ill gains are made in alts. Why the fuck you wouldn't buy an 8 cent coin and sell it at the fucking dollar is beyond the fucks I give.

If you can afford a fuck ton ethereum, you can afford a 100k ADA/XLM bag and that's an EASY $100,000.

You got me fucked up if you think i'm going to buy a $200 coin when I can hoard a couple hundred thousands of stellars/ada instead and dump that bitch when it gets above a dollar or two.

You obviously can't comprehend one of the TOP 10 PENNY COINS go to $1 or maybe even $2. Fuck off unicorn dick rider.
