They do not make good life choices, they do not hang out with good people, and they are not good people themselves.
They already have some kike or Albanian who gets the money they don't spend on drugs, usually from a rental property. That property often ends up with niggers and/or used needles and pill dealers littered about. Just stop it.

This is the fundamental folly of pseudo-conservative RINO personal finance. Moralistic ramblings about frugality and good old-fashioned traditions don't really land in a world where the same penny-pinchers and lecturers have nothing but a mild shrug to give over actual moral issues.
Nothing is more childish than being proud of yourself for doing a menial thing like preparing food and assuming anyone who does not do that thing is somehow unable to.

I never try their french bread pizza because I also don't have a toaster oven and it's expensive by the pound, but a lot of people I know say it's very good, so I'll try it sometime. I'm a fan of Red Baron's nice topping to crust ratio on their pizzas so I guess I'll have to try their french bread too. It makes sense that Red Baron is private, they're too specialized and solidified to want to give away profit.
A new brand to my store is Boston Market, they're surprisingly good, especially their pot pies but also the meatloaf is decent.

You’re retarded if you listen to anyone talking about hyperinflation of the USD. HOPEFULLY it will stop deflating and this weakness will continue, but I’m not betting on it.

Read some shit about past debt crises and what happened during inflationary periods. Once it becomes clear that inflation is out of control, the fed WILL raise rates. But the narrative will most likely be shifting before then, and more mainstream economists will start calling for the fed to tighten.

This could take many years, but The reflationary spike and the eventual normalization reversal will both be abrupt.

I meant on the public. The ability to well and use tons of water that is hard to replace. Wouldnt you worry about nearby people sucking the water supply dry if its near agriculture too?

I like the idea though. Im gonna have to find some books on land buying or something. Seems like a good longterm patient play.

No, sir. There are mineral rights. Look up listings and it will mention if mineral rights stay with the seller or not.
Water rights are also important for agriculture.

still not an argument.

the deflationary shock of the corona shutdown is real btw. If the economic recovery doesn't accelerate, that could be a big problem.

I don’t usually do this anon but you seem like a good guy. Consider Utah as a place to live. The outdoor recreation is world class and outside of SLC people are pretty based, especially the Mormons. If you want you can live literally in the middle of nowhere for very cheap.

it doesn't really matter, the ATR is still the ATR, all you gotta do is adjust your position size accordingly to fit your risk/reward.
