I've called them out on their threads a few times but I don't think they're scammers. I assume they want to get a DAO going, which is why they did that initial PnD to procure enough ETH for liquidity
(I haven't verified that latter claim). They're probably a small poor team without any financial support due to not having a concrete idea to sell on. They need to set up some official comms so that the shilling can be more organic.

That sounds about right. It's a goodish idea and I don't think the webpage or lengthy explanation of the airdrop process is really necessary if they're just going to dump on everyone short term. I put it into a fucking scam that dumped maybe seconds after my transaction went through. At it's height that was like 20 something k.
