Literally sending money to buy something in Korea is exactly the same way you just described with crypto. You can't call the bank even 10 seconds after your transaction and reverse it. I swear to god. Some guy from a company famously sent another company a sum with an extra 0 on it and the other company refused to give it back and won. Obviously the guy got fired. But my point is that in some (Asian) nations it's the same thing.
