strong black coffee in the AM and intermittent fast every day til around 2pm, ideally 4pm. Also cut out booze, it stimulates appetite and disinhibits, deadly combo for dieters. Also limit empty carbs (chips, pretzels, etc) and try to get most of your calories from fats and proteins. Nuts and unsweetened greek yogurt are godsends for me personally.

Been trying to lose weight for a decade and only those three things in combination have allowed me to make progress. Coffee, 18/6 IF, and sobriety. Was as high as 240lb but I'm finally down to 215 and still going strong. Target 160.

There is really only so much exercise can do to balance the equation. Especially if you're a fatty, you can easily overexert yourself and can lead to exhaustion and super soreness which can lead to binge eating to compensate for your shit mood.

95% of weight loss should come from calorie deficit, exercise is a nice extra but don't push it.

Skip breakfast. Grill the fattest piece of red meat you can find for lunch. Lift something heavy repeatedly for 30-60min. Dinner of consisting of 25% of the meat for lunch and add some veggies.

Just do this literally everyday, and drink as much and smoke as much weed as you want.

I'm 170cm(5ft 7in) and 95 kg(187 lbs).
I've calculated my daily intake and for the past 7 months I've been only eating around ~950-1200 calories daily. I'm still stuck at the same weight. I don't like oily food neither do I like sugary foods. I mostly eat bread, rice, veggies and pulses, eggs like thrice a week and no meat.
Please help me guys. I don't leave my house much but I do make it a habit to walk around my house for 10 minutes after every meal.

I have been 260lbs at my heaviest in my teen uears, 35% bf easily, 10 years later sitting at around 18% bf, lots of lean muscle, and only getting stronger and leaner, I did starve myself for a while while morbidly obese but slowly learned how to take care of my diet. When I started major compound lifts, month by month i worked up +200 from 2000 cal a day to around 3400 cal a day, only got leaner, stronger and better looking. Best way imo to kill apetite for any kind of junk food and to appreciate healthy food is to first do a 48 hours fast(only drink water, you can add salt to water). It worked for me(I did it out of curiosity though). After 24hours I was just thinking about taking a bite out of bread or eating a pickle. After 48hours or well 2 nights without eating, I made a very shitty oatmeal which tasted great since I hadn't eaten for 48 hours. Then it's just the matter of maintaing that healthy food with low sugar. Keep it minimalistic. Keep a strict list of groceries and just sprint through the store to buy only these items. Once you are out of the store at home, you can only eat the things you have which is the healthy food you bought.

People who cannot control calories do not cook for themselves and most likely eat fast food multiple times per day. Or they buy tons of prepackaged snack foods and eat much more than a normal portion, such as eating a whole bag of chips in one setting. This isn't even touching on sugar loaded drinks. Drink only water for the most part with an occasional juice or milk.
