Not same at all, although to the uninitiated I can see how they appear to be the same. But they are three very different levels. I am currently living plan C now, and have ASE master tech and L1 certs. So I have no reason to move out of the automotive industry. But I wanna move up and finally quit working on soccer mom mobiles.
