The timing corresponds perfectly with the W-shaped stock market correction

Bitcoin historically respects the trend line until it gets to the very end of the triangle. In this case, a break out couldn't be expected until around New Years or Q1 2021

It might retest $10.3K at most in my opinion. It would be a similar short-lived, false-breakout scam pump like the one we just experiended. I doubt it though. I think it will get rejected at $9800 now and then begin the actual dump.

Wrong. Most people are bullish right now. Check out the /biz/ catalogue, Twitter, YouTube, Tradingview, normie financial news, the longs to short ratio (pic related). Everyone thinks we are about to break out. It's pathetic.

>>19517235
Why is that pathetic again? Why is supporting decentralized monetary policy and revolutionary economics pathetic?

If I read biz(I don’t follow other channels) lots of bears posting OPs trend lines. It appears obvious sure. But let’s be honest it’s impartial. It’s drawn to support preconceived notions. Nobody knows what the market will do. But I can tell you bitcoin was invented as a hedge against what’s going in the real world. Maybe it’s all the riots, maybe it’s the super authoritative government, but I’m bullish

I don't want to give financial advice. It could easily scam-wick up to $9850 and liquidate you before dumping. I don't margin trade, personally. I would have waited for a confirmed break out of the triangle before entering margin positions. Maybe close the short now and wait for a better entry?

This is naive. Bitcoin has been following traditional markets very closely. With the advent of CME futures, Bitcoin has become institutionalized. Once ETFs are introduced, it will become even more institutionalized. The dream that we were sold about cryptocurrency is dead. I'm not saying it won't pump to six figures one day, but if and when it does, it won't be some sort of cipher punk victory. It will be a tool of traditional financial paradigm.

I don’t disagree . It’s a new financial instrument, but it’s a free market not one ruled by plutocrats . In this market it’s moving faster then regulations so while most people are buying bitcoin , which is fine it supports e system, the cipherpunks are building the next layers

using position calculators is completely wrong because for every seller there's a buyer. the position calculator just shows who's a taker.
