I sold at top this morning and got back in at $5 with a new small position using only some of the profit, so it's not like I'm talking out of desperation. People are scared of offerings, so it sold off.
I have seen this happen before, it doesn't mean shit... Everyone knows that offerings always scare people away and if they did it now when when the stock was going parabolic, that means the news they have are big enough to make investors return.
