Sergey said in an interview that it's within "coming months" and that staking is a priority for the "coming year". We also have Oracle integration in Q3 2020. and as for github, some anon posted recently an update that looks like they're starting on implementing staking, and another anon posted about a wallet which looks like it's being used for testing staking.
