Banks are still quite the bargain, but you have to choosy. Citigroup seems kind of risky at this point, with their global exposure. COF is one im married too, because they always take advantage of recessions, earnings were great if you read between the lines (net loss, but because they set aside lots of cash to weather the recession), and the stock is still really undervalued.
