Estonia has lots of nature and only 1.4m people. Government services are organized and can all be done online without tons of bureaucracy. Thanks anon. It's an old home for sure (1920s) but fortunately already has AC and a furnace but the furniace is pretty old and may die within a year or so.

Floors are in good shape but a few rooms need refinishing. But yeah overall old houses are nice as long as you're willing to put up with some of the BS problems of owning them.
