How does /biz/ drink their milk? Full fat, low fat, skim or raw milk?
About me personally I've caught the 'rona and everything I've tried, from garlic over turmeric to cinnamon, doesn't really affect my health long-term, it treats the symptoms at best. Looked into Ayurveda and found that Aryans once believed in the healing power of raw milk. Tried it, for week and a half I ate and drank nothing without a cup of milk and I am clean now. Anyone of you into that stuff?
