Here's the real redpill about Holo that /biz/ rarely talks about. The inherent problem with blockchain apps is not scalability. Actually it is, but it's not only that. The main problem is UX (user experience). I'm not talking here about some faggy designer making a cool interface, but literally about the user experience. Most blockchain apps turn the user into a nickle and dimer for every action he takes.

Holo is one of the few or maybe the only project in crypto that not only scales, but it allows the developers of the apps to pay for hosting themselves and give the users an experience identical to the one they have on the current web. They can do this without sacrificing decentralization. I can literally develop a completely decentralized app on Holochain, host it on Holo and give it to my users for free because I'm the one paying for hosting, and then I can recoup that cost from my users in any way I want (ads, subscriptions, donations, etc.) My user doesn't even need to know that he's using "muh based decentralized app".

Blockchain can scale to infinity, but as long as you have to nickle and dime your user for every interaction with the blockchain, it will NEVER be adopted by normies. This is the real redpill about Holo that will make us rich.
