How is your story relevant to mine, anon? I am doing a fixed 1 year internship.
My question was if it was better to do a Masters degree instead of an Internship/Placement

You can always do your masters afterwards. I worked about 3 years full-time before doing my masters.

I worked 2 before between my bachelor and my masters, don't worry about this, the REAL danger is to spend time doing nothing. Working or studying, you come ahead every fucking time.

tl;dr: don't mind it, do your best at work

Do you think employers value more 1 year of masters degree or 1 year of work experience?

SCM BA here. I've heard that the MBA is much more valuable having experience going into it, which is my plan. That being said, don't wait more than five years before getting it.

Also, find an employer who will pay for it.
