To be honest I am not sure but I think it’s mostly the principle of the thing. Many suspect exchanges of shenanigans since the market is unregulated.

You can swap to USDT or another stablecoin anon.
Also, chasing moons works wonders in a bull market, but the best long term strategy is to buy and hold. People who became millionaires loaded up their bags of btc, eth at low prices, and just left it alone for years. Same thing is happening now with link - I haven’t touched mine in years; swinging or jumping on to the next moon may work sometimes but there a big risk that you lose it all.
Also don’t be fooled into holding pajeet scams and pointless shit for years. Many bagholders from 2017 are still holding shit like nano, XRP and others that will never recover their ATH.
