>> No.19279329

wutt
No way I believe mutts can legally get paid only 600$ a month for a full time job, let alone under that. No fucking way

$600 was added to the already $1400 some you get from unemployment monthly.

effectively made being on unemployment worth $900 more than a wage cuck job.

what a waste. 1k a week is good for 1 person and no kids. It will get you dates too but not a future. 2k is family status with wife and A kid. but with hyper inflation coming expect 4k a week minimum to start a family next year, then probably 8k the year after. The one thing biz has right is we are all gonna be millionaires one day but that will get us a month of food if we are lucky.

Correct, that would be Europe-tier poverty. The $600 unemployment payments are weekly (this is larger than a typical unemployment check due to corona bill) and equates to $15 an hour for a 40 hr/week job. And only teenagers and retards make less than $15/hr here, so this "news" is leftist propaganda. I'm 27 with a useless liberal arts degree and make a salary that equals roughly $28/hr.

10-12 an hour in a non-city.

>Funny way of saying "Employers refuse to pay their staff a livable wage"
lol my wage was ~$300 CAD less per pay period and was livable for me
the government wants to put small businesses out of business so their monopolies have no competition

Depends HIGHLY on where/how you live.
Live with your parents in the midwest? You can easily get by on $15k a year.
Live by yourself in an apartment in Manhattan? $40k is probably the floor.

but really, how do you expect the service industry to go back to work when they’re making $600-$1200 a week on unemployment and “COVID relief”?

Try 80k for the latter lol.

This is weekly. Basically you are earning almost $1K per week to sit on your ass. We returned to work this week and had 10% of our staff simply refuse to come back. They are too stupid to realize unemployment ends if you refuse to work, but I am sure there’s another cucked program coming to bail out the freeloaders.

>> No.19279630

doubt you have the balls to report them to unemployment

>> No.19279637

I make a little over $600 a week at $18hr with all the bennies/401k/savings etc deducted

but making $600 a week on the button to just sit on my ass? sign me up

100% we already have. Employers have to pay into unemployment so we have every incentive to. I am not sure why you think we wouldn’t
