So I noticed in the new Baseline Protocol example with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, this organization Provide is involved:

https://www.einnews.com/pr_news/517507822/baseline-protocol-secures-business-process-automation-across-sap-and-microsoft-dynamics-using-ethereum-public-blockchain

Provide: www.provide.services

They also offer oracles, but have no documentation available as of yet: https://docs.provide.services/microservices/goldmine/#oracles

So what is this? Obviously their logo looks exactly like LINK's. Does anyone have breadcrumbs on this connection? Is Provide using Chainlink oracles or are they creating their own?

Sounds like a brown label off brand product with Chainlink lurking in the backend. Mmmmhmm.

bump for research

Have you asked Github?

Only thing I can find about oracles is https://github.com/provideservices/provide-python-oracle

They call it a "proof of concept message bus" and it was last updated 6 months ago :-/ Not much to go on.

looks like baseline doesnt need link anymore

Well Provide obviously offers oracles, why wouldn't they? But from what I can tell they have not developed an in-house production ready solution, just a stop-gap solution. Since both Provide & Chainlink are part of the technical steering committee for Baseline, it seems likely that Provide would connect to Chainlink oracles as needed rather than try to create their own.

Woah, great find! With their Baseline connection it seems very likely Provide will go with Chainlink. This is awesome

>> No.19257205

They brownlabeled it to Provide instead of Link cause link was ruined by autistic memes so they ditched the project. Ubt is still good though

I don't know why no one is talking about Baseline? I mean CL is literally at the center of it (key role) and they've just connected msft and sap together...

Chainlink wasn't involved in that per Wolpert, but he did say on Twitter that he is looking forward to showcasing Chainlink in future projects.

Definitely chainlink. The ceo is a regular of the baseline meetings and a former consensys employee? Point is he's working on the baseline protocol which of course includes chainlink

This has nothing to do with Chainlink.

What do these projects do and why didn't they name the links? Is it like naming the jew? Do tech people fear sergey?
