i was semi-retired for 5 years straight, enough money to pay all the bills, have a condo paid off. It got really fucking boring. I know that's partly my fault, not finding enough interesting things to do, but really it just became boring not having business/work to focus on each day. I read literally hundreds of books, watched hundreds of movies, went out hundreds of times with friends, travelled a bit (few times a year anyway) to see a few of the places I really wanted to see. Eventually though I'd just end up sitting around, feeling slightly depressed, apathetic, listless, wondering why life was so pointless.

Now I've been back to wagecucking for the last ~2 years and am honestly much happier. My job's great, I enjoy it, have a lot of freedom with no one looking over my shoulder, and get a real sense of contribution and accomplishment each day.

I've experimented with my sleep pattern over the course of 2 years and sleeping early and waking up early is the best one in my experience, waking up late feels better in some way but for some reason I felt low energy the rest of the day. Ultimately, it's better when your sleep pattern matches what you do in life, there was a time when I'd be pretty nocturnal going to clubs and hanging out with people until very late hours and I felt just fine, the fatigue accumulated only when I was sedentary + kept bad sleeping habits. I guess some dweebs who browse here are living that way, which is very low-quality, and I know it first-handely.

You should'nt promote behaviours which are in discrepancy with the Torah, which states that one must find proper sleep in the beginning of the night; The least you can do is to be a good goyim and learn something from your overlords

I used to get up around noon and work from 5pm to around 3am. I miss it so much. Now I wake up at 8:30am and work from around 9am to sometimes 11pm. Not interested in anything anymore, zero sex drive, can't seem to lose weight even though my job has me walking like 35000 steps a day. Not worth the money IMO but IDK what else to do. Is this depression guys? I'm not sad, I feel like I hit fast forward and it's all just a blur and it's the weekend but then it's not and it's right back to mesery.
