It's a shitcoin made by the same niggers who made BOMB. They're notorious at this point for surreptitiously holding a huge portion of the supply of the tokens they've created. I'd heard them seemingly intentionally pass along rumours that XIO (which was airdropped to BOMB holders) was affiliated with Binance's incubator. I wouldn't be surprised if this pump and dump was orchestrated by them, and if the dump from 35c was their doing.
