Tell him each passing second his stack of fiat is devaluating, tell him each passing day his $3500 stach is losing $3 in purchasing power, that it's a race against the clock to dump ponzi fiat vs tangible assets.
Nothing like a feel of emergency to motivate the normans.

It's all the silver alrdy mined and kept somewhere accessible (safes, warehouses, etc..). It matter a lot since it's the real, immediately availible, silver quantity. And there is less silver availible than gold. Of course gold remain rarer, but since it's so sought after, gold tend to be recycled up to 98%, so any gold ounce mined stay availible basically forever. Silver is currently so cheap the industry don't even bother doing so.

Yeah that creek I also recall finding a heavy black metal lid which looked like it belonged to one of those wooden stoves from the 1900s.
I know there's a lot of history about mining in Greenwood area. Never thought about panning until reading /pmg.

Best resource for your territory can be found in your local libraries. Look up the collective works of Bill Barlee, and you can find all his old TV show episodes on Youtube under "gold trails and ghost towns". Here is the Greenwood episode. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-NLY6HsS0Y

Old Bill wrote insane amounts on the boundary country, so much so I have no idea where to start. Gold in Boundary creek comes in two forms, a bright yellow course gold, and a rich, course red copper toned gold. Both can be found anywhere you locate bedrock, especially where there are boulder fields.

Fun fact, Phoenix was a city of 3 thousand, that within the course of two weeks dwindled down to a population of 1, after the Nob hill and its sister copper mines shut down. With the death of the Phoenix copper mines, the towns of Deadwood and Greenwood withered. Phoenix also boasts the fact that more gold than the entire Cariboo gold rush was produced over its life span.

Always loved working in that district, you can feel the history in those abandoned ghost towns. There are hundreds of tails of lost treasure and mines, many still waiting to be found.

Well its a known fact that joggers won't die if you shoot them in your home with your daily carry piece, instead of your dedicated in-home-SBR. Likewise the end-of-the-hall shotgun immediately gets a -80% debuff as soon as you enter a kitchen or foyer.

This is why not a single person in history has ever been killed by a shot from a revolver, because they aren't good at anything in real life.

I don’t know about you all... but because of Corona this is the first time since college that I’ve felt alive. I have lots of silver and been waiting for something like this to happen for 5 years. The point where things get so bad that 1 silver Roosevelt dime will buy me a blowjob from a formerly well to do housewife and her 18 year old daughter at the same time. I’ve been waiting in the shadows laughing at these cuck husbands who buy their wives range rovers instead of buying silver bullion... knowing that I’ll be face fucking their wives mouths for the 1.30$ it cost me to buy that silver dime.

Just yesterday at Whole Foods I seamlessly entered into conversation about Corona with a roastie milf that had a ring on her finger in the water aisle... and I said this is all a cover for trump to bring us back on a gold standard. She started looking at me in amazement like she wanted me to paint her lips in cum. At the end of the conversation I’m like take my number l have plenty of protection and freeze dried food if you ever need it and she took it from me.

>if that's what you mean
Not at all, i wasn't referring about the prices at which the frens pick they silver. Tbdesu, even if you purchased everything for $27, it would still have been a bargain in the grand scheme of things.
I meant the levels of the discussions, it's just basically instagram for goldbugs, we just replaced egomaniac whores with shiny rocks on the pics. This is the lowest common denominator we can expect for a general related to PMs.
I'd love to have discussions on the fundamentals, the micro and macro datas, the geopolitical implications, investigating on the COMEX manipulations, LMBA real stocks, etc... For example we could conduct an investigation to check the physical locations owned by JPM/LMBA/Scotiabanks, see which ones could be used as warehouses to stock their physical and calculate if the volume would be enough to indeed contain as much silver as they pretend to. We could try to dig on the subject of new techs on the verge of booming and checking if PMs would be vital as industrial metal to develop X or Y technology, and make previsions to see how large could the demand be.
We could try to discover what's behind the next year change of ASE design and if it's related to the new MintID microchipped coins.
We could try to see if some companies in the crypto world are currently trying to merge PMs with a shitcoin, because as we all know it, any shitcoin backed by nothing is fundamentally a worthless ponzi and can be (and is) replicated to oblivion. To me it's clear the only way for crypto to gain legitimacy and confidence on the markets is by being either backed by a military power (country) or by a non-replicable, limited asset which is also divisible and a store of value -ie Nth workforce minimum required- (precious metals).
I could go on for days,.. we have SO MUCH stuff to dig to predict how rich we will be. Gold and silver are the two most manipulated and opaque commodity markets, they are hiding so much shit to us.

You make some good points, and several of those points are things I've seen discussed in the past. People do both. And only retards 'invest' in metals as though it's some kind of ultimate moon, get rich quick scheme. Only 'invest' in them if you have excess cash you don't see yourself spending anytime soon. Then over time they are guaranteed to increase in price over inflation.

Would you rather have 20k in the bank just sitting there, or have 2k in metals and let it sit and actually rise while you do nothing? And just to re-iterate: This is no saying you shouldn't do other things with your money for investment. Go for cryptos, stonks, bonds, mining stocks, whatever the fuck else. If you have excess cash, put a little in metals over time and let it passively and safely grow.

Ive heard from people in Mexico that many mines are shutting down because the workers are getting sick and corona.

So...what isna safer harbor of your money?
Actual silver?
Or stock in a mine thats shutdown when silver demand is highest?

The stock price may rise, but ultimately the value will be determined based on actual output. Reality catches up quickly.

I'd recommend starting with silver. Easily affordable, and you can get something if silver moons vs. gold. Stacking advice seems to follow the ratio, so that's what I'd recommend too.

Naturally, you want to get as much gold as you can, but that's going to be a goal.

As far as platinum, I'm bullish, but only reservedly so and recommend going here after you stack to a "comfortable level".

Around here, that level is at least the number of silver ounces equivalent to ounce of gold, and the one ounce of gold. (Anons, we need a good term for this. Maybe something similar to "one G:SR ounce"?)

he talking about some historical precedent that is arguably long dead, since silver is no longer money after all. It might come back one day, they still whisper.

I think he means the cost ratio of silver:gold 1 to 1 (so 87:1)

Cheers for the advice anon! Just getting into stacking last week or so, live and learn!

Just used some baking powder and water to clean them off. The half crown I posted was the only silver round I found and the older non pm stuff were in such rough condition to begin with anyways.

The random 1oz's were from silvergoldbull.

I also ordered a random 1oz secondary bar from JM and ended up with a cool little vintage 1970s bar a week or so ago.

oh i think it definitely will in the next few years, but i expect price to drop quickly when all those deposits of silver become profitable to mine, so within a couple months i expect the supply to gauge demand
causing a drop in price or at the very least halting the rise of prices for silver
