As a rule of thumb: If a coin is under a year old and there's hype, it's a Pump and Dump.

If a coin is under three years old it can still be Pumped and Dumped by whales so be wary of hype!

If a coin is more than 4 years old and has a market cap of at least a million it's less likely but still be cautious.

Same is true of stocks and bonds. Be careful and never drink the kool aid.

Yes. Easy access to a coin with a high marketcap makes it a lot harder to pump and dump while assuring the coin can possibly return a profit. If big name "normie" exchanges aren't listing a coin it's a bad sign.

So meme coins like Litecoin and Etherum are good and whatever is being Shilled on /biz/ this month is very likely not.
