Get an account on coinbase.com, get it set up to transfer money from your debit card into to buy some bitcoins, next open an account on bittrex.com and look up the "address" in order to deposit bitcoins into your bittrex account wallet, next go back to coinbase and send the amount of bitcoins you want into the bittrex wallet (getting to this point in the process can take some time, depending on coinbase a/o bitcoin transfer times from one wallet to another so be patient!).Then go the market on bittrex.com and place a "buy" order to buy some PIVX with your now tranferred BTC(Bitcoin) using the "last" button to set the "last known price of pivs" and insert the amount of PIVX you want to buy (or just hit "max" if you want to use all that Bitcoin just for PIVX), wait for the buy order to fill (if it takes too long just cancel it, refresh the page , and try again because the price probably just changed, but this doesn't happen too often again just be patient!) Double check your wallet to see if your PIVX is there and hold for PROFIT!

Hope this helps you may want to just start with something easier like ETH but PIVX is a good long-term buy right now if that's what you're looking for.

About .58 cents (as of writing this)

Open an account on coinbase.com to buy bitcoins with debit card, then open account on bittrex.com and transfer the coins there to buy PIVX at "last" market price with the bitcoins you just transferred (could take some time to get to this point so be patient!)
