I have good genetics and stay in basic athletic shape without doing much other than working my job every day. But I'd like a bigger chest. what's a good way to work on my chest without changing too much of my daily routine?

if you go for bench+flyes or any wiehgtlifting thing, please work a muscle and give it 2-3 days to rest before working on it again.

Honestly I know you guys hate reddit but I found the recommended routine on r bodyweightfitness.

Doing it since 3 weeks, before I did 1 months random workout.

Taking L-Arginin 3600mg pre workout, Creatine (5g daily) and Boron (12mg daily) also since two weeks and my gains are incredibly so far for this short time.
