he did not invent it but he contributed his part and he will forever be based and remembered fondly.

we simply do not know the real name of satoshi. he went to great length to make sure of this. he choose to be anonymous he choose to preserve his secret identity. he choose not to exit scam on all of us. the larpers and pretenders do not measure up to the ideal of satoshi one tiny bit.

to me the most compelling evidence is the ip leaks in the early bitcoin client.
background:
someone was having an error on launching and SN uploaded his log files to help the person debug and in those logs was an IP.
geoip lookup shows its also in CA not far away from Hal.
some autist determined it belonged to a coffeeshop but that wasnt confirmed.
but think of the odds: 1st bitcoin user + lives 2 blocks away from dorian nakamoto + coffee shop with ip address of SN log files...

why would he have hidden under a pseudonym if he was satoshi? his involvement is completely open. without him bitcoin wouldn't be where it is now, but he didn't write the whitepaper, was just the earliest pioneer after satoshi.

he publicly denied being satoshi
>why deny
because movements with leaders always fail and hal knew that....

oh, but i think the 1 million bitcoins attributed to satoshi can very easily be actually his. that scenario makes an awful lot of sense if you read up on the kind of person he was.

what are you trying to imply? that his family would have taken the leader role?
or that knowing that their dad was satoshi would have put his children at grave danger? gates, musk, bezos have families and they're unharmed.

I agree, nothing at all. All he did was devote his life to the oracle problem. God damn I love that man.
