You think the whole supply of RPL has to be used as utility in order for the price to moon? 80-90% of the supply of Ethereum or even Bitcoin is simply used as speculation = holding. Not for the utility (buying something or GAS). This means there is a scarcity so when ACTUAL utility kicks in for RPL (during phase 0), people will have to buy for a higher price because speculators dominate the market.
