I have an online business that makes $2500 USD a month net profit via 2 revenue streams - ads and eCommerce. It's about a 50/50 split.

I have a 1,000+ customer email list. I have a 80,000+ opt-in prospect email list. I have 100,000-ish social media followers spread over 5 different platforms.

Orders take less than 30 seconds to process and there's about 5 per day. To keep the site growing, you should make new content as often as possible. But you can also take entire months off + just process orders and revenue will be the same.

Given all that: how much would you sell this business for?

Any help is appreciated. I'll stick around in the thread and answer questions if anyone has any. Thanks.

To know the value of a prospect, I'd have to know what business it is and if they're willing to spend their money.

Besides that, I'd say a business is worth 2 years of steady income.

I was thinking in terms of crypto, I was hoping to get 10-12 BTC for it. That was before the recent pump though so I guess I might have to adjust the USD equivalent. No immediate plans for the money.

I'm just weighing the pros/cons of holding onto it. I have other projects/interests that require my time/money. This site could probably chug along for 18-24 months earning roughly the same with no content being added, but that doesn't appeal to me. I don't like the idea of just leaving it and letting it become stale.

I thought net income was all business expenses including salary or wage.
Is a possible solution finding a virtual assistant to run the main aspects of the business for you which in turn could free up a large percent of your time.
