It's basically lucky. YT stops recommending your content all of a fucking sudden and you become paranoid thinking they shadowblacklisted you because reasons unknown.

The stats are still decent CTR and decent watchtime but the video does not get recommended = no traffic = no money.

I have proof that it's a crapshot. Some of my videos viraled as fuck and others don't get recommended with similar stats. It's a fucking lottery, the thumbnails are good, but the CTR varies because you have a small window of opportunity for people to click on it out of the slots of recommended videos.

Now imagine this with an anonymous channel like say, bizonacci. He basically depends on youtube traffic. If this traffic is cut, you are fucked. No one patreons you for shit or clicks on any links. Only cult personalities like Logan Paul can sell their bullshit, otherwise kids dont give a shit, they just watch videos from one place into another.

Making money is a ridiculous popularity contest no different than high school, It's a continuation of it basically.
