I feel it fren... Craig has been clear as day during interviews that BTC can be shut down, that governments are dummy coordinated when it comes to take-downs and he's watched it happen.

If he creates a situation that compels the court to seize assets that don't comply with a fork-order? They could very well create for themselves a precedent that threatens to change how people see the landscape completely.

so he is going to effectively "refuse to pay" and the courts are going to sequester the miners like they would a bank in a similar situation
that's a pretty stiff move

>> No.18907362

That might be the most retarded statement I've ever read... There are people who believe this shit?

>> No.18907367

>>18907201
You're correct in the events but making supposition as to the motivations.

It's a possibility that everyone involved is colluding to make clownworld bucks via sensationalism.

It's also a possibility that they're leveraging the opportunity presented by the court case, or are colluding with Ira to deliberately push precedent, with the strategic goal of getting government to shit on blockchains that can't comply with fundamental law. They know BSV can comply, regardless of how difficult implementation may actually be, and so giving core/BCH an intractable problem would be worth the headache.
