Do you have any idea how open the market is for wider adoption of EVs? The day is coming when every car is EV, and sooner than you think. Tesla leads the market right now.

And tesla just patented some sort of battery swap system. itll probably be a subscription service, you pay so much every month, then just pull into a station, quick swap your drained battery for a fresh one and keep rolling. has the potential to revolutionize vehicle travel. especially if the margins on it beat gas guzzlers.

Non-cultist customers won't want tesla because they use proprietary everything and work the worst in non-californian weather conditions. I think a 90% share of the driving market could switch to EV if we were to be generous (this implies that only 10% live more than an hour away from work and aren't OK with using a vehicle already demonstrated to be hackable with capabilities like break denial and forced acceleration and live in temperate climates). However tesla cannot, by design, be the most common choice simply from a price point perspective, let alone the rest. There are far fewer tesla plugs than common plugs, too. And how poorly every plug works right now as well as their reliance on even buggier apps is surely not going to help adoption, though this will only slow it down and will be fixed in time.

>what stocks have been hit the hardest and are most likely to recover?
My whole bounce portfolio is dedicated to this idea. These are leaf stocks mind you, and also they've already broke out of the bearish lows:
>BRP Inc. (TSX: DOO Nasdaq: DOOO). Hobby and racing motorsports. They make ski doo, sea doo, speedboats, dune buggies. The dune buggy segment is important as their buggies have been sweeping the Dakar top 10 for some time now. Crash peak to valley was -75%. I bought at $24 (leaf). Closed today at $41.66.
>Park Lawn Corp (TSX: PLC). Cemetery and funeral home company. Peak to valley -51%. Bought at $19, today closed $21.82
>Sleep Country Canada (TSX: ZZZ). Mattresses. This one was suggested by another anon here a few weeks back, I did a due dilly on it to see if it looked decent, it did, I bought. Peak to valley -64%. It had been stuck in a snibby range prior, peak to valley number is not from the ATH. Bought around $10.75, today closed $13.17.

There are two other stocks I was watching closely but didn't take as I was committed to other trades when the entries appeared. I regret not dumping whatever I had at the time and going with these: Real Matters and Shopify.

In the next week another regional airline in the US will go out of business. My money is on Go Jet but it could also be Air Wisconsin or CommutAir.

This will only continue as the year goes on and the legacy carriers are expecting to shrink by at least half going forward.

Kek, some seem to think T's fat divvy and company outlook is grim. But bandwith and content is king. Sure oil may go into the shit hole but your cellphone sure as hell wont. 8k TV's are a thing. 1080p HD was just the start, kinda like opening Pandora's box. Nothing can stop the ever increasing resolution scales nor the ever expanding bandwith required to support it all. To say nothing if virtual reality ever comes a standard non shit thing. (What passes for current "V.R" is shat; I'm talking full on Startrek holodeck like man) Just imagine the fat data pipe required then. Cell phones may be a dime a dozen but the networks that keep them all running are small indeed. How many major players again just 3? How many have the content at there beck and call? Now we're down to just 1.

Offbeat flex but I dig it. I’m helping a friend sell her late father’s collection. 60,000 cards and some balls. Mostly commons but there are a few hundred worth something. Mantle, Mays, Clemente, Koufax, etc in probably VG quality. Some cool siggys on the balls too. Ty Cobb on a random catch all ball with lots of base stealers like Lou Brock that has Ted Williams in the sweet spot for some reason. Willie Mays solo ball, Koufax solo, Kaline solo, ‘78 Reds team ball. Some decent stuff. None of the balls have certs but her dad had verifiable connections to the MLB so we think they’re real.
