I hate Trump but its so retarded to say any specific tax "funds" social security more than any other tax or that social security needs to be "funded" at all by some appropriation of money, outside the context of fiscal / monetary policy. Its simply a question of money supply and inflation. You can't say cutting any tax "defunds" any specific spending.
