I have MRO, HAL, and SU calls and a lot of FENY which are all doing quite well. I provide this information merely to establish that I am not a total moron. However, can anyone explain what happen to USO calls which were purchased before the reverse split? It looks like my OTM calls are now ITM, but only have 12 shares per contract instead of 100. These options are trading at 3 cents, but if i exercised them and sold the USO it would be worth 12 x 10 = 120, which is >> 36.

Because KOS has a huge project with BP where production isn't slated until 2023, I believe that KOS will stay relatively low until then. For this reason, I was happy to sell contracts that expire October 2020 because I don't see the real pump happening till 2023.

I own 1000 shares at 0.93, I sold 10 contracts for $30 a piece and now have made $300 off of my $930. I cap my gains at a max of 201% for a half year investment while raising my minimum to 30%. Also extends some downside protection. Normally I would lose money if KOS goes below 0.93, but with the premium collected I don't lose money until KOS goes below 0.63 - at which point I would probably just buy 1000 more shares
