Is the fed printing even doing anything to stop the liquidity problem? Or is it just a psychological trick?

Doesn't this shit mean that the moment people take profits on the SPX it'll fucking dump to oblivion? The Fed can print, but the money isn't necessarily going to solve that issue right? This is just investors buying on the assumption that it will work?

I've been googling a bit and apparenlty if the value is about 0.45 it indicates a crisis. which should be obvious i guess
but considering the stock market rebound one should look to this to confirm whether or not it'll work
