this. currently wearing ear plugs with noise cancelling headphones on top of them for extra silent comfort. I sleep with earplugs, and usually take them out during the day to replace with the headphones, but sometimes I'll utilize both when I want full silence (almost). I also moved my sleep schedule to 5am-12pm so that I get about 4-5hours of earplug/headphone-less silence. just embrace the challenge and move on, the less you stress about it the easier is the handle.

i work from home, but i don't actually really do anything, lol. My employer has basically shut down, maybe 20% of the work coming in, but is still paying full salary for WFH.
