Something along the east coast where you can go to the beach atleast half the year and wheres theres next to no nogs. I'm moving to NC in a few years, theres some absolutely great looking places by the ocean with nearly all white communities. Not OP, but strangely I'm in a very similar situation wrt income and wfh job and all that. Live in small house (paid for) up north (rural), but am looking to find a place in coastal north or south carolina as a second home/short term rental property. Was looking at myrtle beach because the real estate prices aren't terrible and it sounds like there would be alot of demand for short term rentals...but it sounds like the area might be sort of shitty to live in...help me out anon!
