So all the tokens that are in that big fat ubt wallet will never be sold on the market again.

Anon no offense but you're a fucking retard. If you actually read up on this, it sounds like the Unibright wallet for unlocked tokens after is used for rebuys with their clients. They tokens effectively stay off the open market. What it means is there will be two markets for UBT. One on the open market and another where Unibright itself is setting the price for token repurchases that are below market cost.

If they had an unlimited number of rebuy tokens available they could theoretically be setting a ceiling on the cost of the token bc no one will be buying on the market if rebuy tokens are available.

One thing to consider though is that there will only be so many rebuy tokens available, especially as demand for blockchain solutions from clients of Baseline protocol partners increases. So these open market tokens will have two kinds of upwards price pressure, secular demand increasing and deflationary pressures from tokens exiting the open market.

You might just trying to get it to dump so you can buy in at a lower price.
