Fucks up your trace elements, magnesium and zinc. I take ZMA before bed and it even helps with sleep. Avoid drugs while using meth, especially alcohol, but meth is really not nearly as bad as people say it is.
I'd avoid vaping/injecting just so it's not too pushy/geeky, I actually prefer oral route though. Watch your blood pressure, you may need telmisartan. Heart rate elevation isn't the best for you but nothing I know of to fix. Benzos a bitch because of tolerance and coming off sucks, clonidine directly counteracts meth and makes the comedown much gentler. It's actually a blood pressure med but half life is so short I treat it like a sleeping pill. Finally you want hydration, I keep a 2L water jug with me a drink crystal light.
