You accumulate stake age by staying connected, then every X blocks your wallet successfully is chosen to mint/mine the next POS block. And stake weight you had built up until that point is releases. The wallet allocates random amounts (i think it has to do with how many addresses you have in the wallet, but not 100%)

nova exchange first, cheap prices, fairly thin support on both sides, then yobit and it spikes and trading is a little more stable.
