Another idea (or how to become a real estate broker): list an apartment for rent and make really nice pictures and a pretty good price. You will get a lot of interest, but when people come to check out the property, make sure there's shit splashed on the walls, it smells like shit, the fridge isn't working etc. The plan is to collect money from people paying to check out the property (idk how it's called in English)

It is absolutely illegal. And, because it's housing related, it carries more strict punishments for what would normally come with such small sums. It gets even worse because the lawyer will absolutely try to pin racial discrimination on you as well, which will compound the sentence.
But if you can find a reason for why you denied their applications that applies across the board, then you should be fine. Though you might still get taken to court and the jury will absolutely hang you regardless of if you were doing it legally or not.
Of course, that ignores what people you fuck over doing this might do. There are plenty of men out there who would rather just blow your brains out and risk jail than let you get away with fucking them over.
