Then you can have no debt and no monthly expenses. That’s wealth. Not leveraged accounts. At $50k cash now you’re in a good position to buy a house outright if you choose the right location, commute and buy after the crash. Maybe put 1/3 of that 50k in gold and sell that before you put in your downpayment.
