Everyone expects it to pump because of the halving, which is why it wont this time. When they realize its not going to happen people are going to sell. Miners wont be able to afford to mine anymore due to less reward, they will sell and shut down putting more downward pressure. This will lead to a cascading collapse of the price as everyone rushes to get out. I guarantee that we will be sub 1k by August.
