I have, HR asked me to take a "voluntary" 10% pay cut, I did the cash flow analysis and with covid leafbucks I only need to work 2.5 days a week cash to balance my cashflow as if I was never laid off. So I walked.

Whole monetary environment feels like a scam to force people out of working desu. I'd love to stay working but I'm not gonna do it unless you make it worth my time and pay me better than I'd make sitting at home on benefits working the odd cash job. Sure there are plenty of people like me rn.
