Now today you have to take into consideration paper homosexuals that fell for jewish tricks about not owning physical, worlds economy crashing and coming to a halt, a wold wide chink pandemic, high demands, low spots, high premiums despite low spots, low supply, mints closing, mines closing, and so on.

If silver dropped 50% to $8 in 2008 during a measly "recession" then shot to $50 later on, what do you think gold and silver will do during these times under these circumstances?

You are correct that most people can't afford good delivery gold or silver; but the reason why the idea of a precious metals shortage excites goldbugs is because you think that that is evidence that the COMEX is about to default, causing "paper" metals to collapse and decouple in price. Whereas all you show by pointing to premiums on coins is that there are mint-closures and supply-chain disruptions. The 400 and 100 ounce bars are all still there. We had the same premiums on coins even in 2008 and the COMEX didn't default.

We had Schiff predicting hyperinflation in 2011, imminent $5000-ounce gold; Max Kaiser telling you to take out all the debt you could, max out your credit card to buy silver at $40 an ounce, causing many ZeroHedge readers to go into financial ruin. The fact that this bubble went on 10 more years defied everyone's expectations. What if it goes on for 10 years more?

>> No.18514892

>>18514783
No one should be advocating for buying any financial investments on a credit card, so yeah, Kaiser is wrong. But as far as how far in we are and haven't hit financial ruin, it does suck for the average person that the whole bubble has gone for this long but the reason why people say it might be this time was because the whole virus event was unforseen and was essentially a black swan. On top of that, all of the western central banks has substantially went further than 2008 with the extreme policies that have been implemented and there isn't much on the list they can from a theory perspective, while in 2008, they went through about half the playbook.

I do say that with the fact that economic prediction is something very few people get right, so who knows, they might be able to invent bullshit to keep it going like forcing everyone to use digital currency, but I would say the consequences will sooner catch up to us than whatever the Fed has left that they can try that will be effective in our current situation.

If you’re investing in PMs why would you want to sell them for the same price you paid? If you want to be able to do that or immediately liquidate, then invest in paper gold & silver. If what you’re real inquiry was, why should you buy physical PMs, it’s inherently a longer term hold. Usually, physical PMs are insurance, not necessarily an investment. PMs are a hedge against inflation and an insurance against currency collapse. Physical possession comes with a premium (as well as the anonymity of purchasing metals with cash). But if your only interest is as an investment option, then (pic related).

DOW before dip: 30,000
DOW now: 24,000
BTC before dip: 10,000
BTC now: 7,000
Gold before dip:1,650
Gold now:1,700

Given the above, I guess you can at least take comfort in the fact that gold has shown more resilient. It doesn't seem like the paper price of gold is having much downward pressure on the physical price (pic related).

Hello juden

Somebody here smart who knows a little about manufacturing coins?
I'd like to know the cost and logistics involved in minting your own coin.
I have no idea where you would get the ore and how feasible it would be from a business perspective.
I reckon the easiest solution would be to contract a minting company to stamp your design but I guess it's less profitable than investing into your own machines and selling your product for your own profit.
For this to work I imagine you would have to have a rough estimate of the volume you can sell, which would influence the price per coin. Let's say 50k is a safe bet for an initial release. Is that doable? I dont know anything about this.

Comminism is pathological jealousy. The good news is you can overcome your hardship by getting a stable income and moving into your own place and getting a nintento switch. Then you can promote from commie to soiboy. And who knows, maybe one day you'll rank up to cuck or simp, but I don't think you'll ever be based. Sorry champ. Your cringe level is too high. At least you'll be a source of entertainment to edgy teens who coule become based. So there is a place for you in the hierarchy. Maybe... just maybe if you learn the art of irony... you could... ah never mind. Its best to leave you blissfully unaware of what could be... for your own good.

A monetary abyss will consume those who dwell in the ignorance of their history. Oh my sweet darlings the irony hath unfoldeth that we thought the better part of ourselves would keep check this greed. Smoky with sweet and sticky overtones. It is a foreshadow of things to come my frail companion of skin and bone. An echo of the past coming forth anew into a simultaneous crescendo of both despair and joyous celebration. Perceived as chaos to most, but to others, yes, a new order shall flourish under agreeable conditions akin to a newborns tabula rasa.

Alas brother, now the peons pores ooze pulp onto wasteland. Such secondary benefactors and opportunists shall, like insects lay eggs in such conditions. They are morning dew accumulating on a blade of grass atop a luscious hill, the latter will form into a droplet, the droplet ventures to into a stream, a stream to a river and finally the river into the sea. As fine wine must hibernate till maturity to be fully classified as fine so too, to drink it prematurely brings only a bitter taste to all unfortunate participants concerned. Bleeding on barren land the hosts chose out of a displaced sense of need a steady diet of dust rather than that of flour, their minds have been twisted that cows their basic instinct. Here we planted our seeds of sound specie long ago foreseeing this tragic yet inevitable human consequence.
It is night on a distant shore we stand together as one. Waiting for harvest. Listening to waves as if they dictated a measurement of time. Concluding our communal meditation we cast our dials into the ocean for they hold no authority over what truth exists beyond the synthetic concept of ‘time’ In an instant a voice breaks the silence "The horizon now look! The sun beckons thee!"
Like becoming a flaming phoenix it rises hitherto as we ride its coattails upward and promulgate this great cycle once more.

I bid thee farewell for a third and final time on the last bell toll of this age.

Adieu

Similar feels anon. I live in a nice white coastal town full of boomers that regularly bring in the piggy bank with change they collect for years. The bank tellers save all the 1966 50c coins for me (Aus used to make our current coins with silver) and I give them gifts each year. They are QT young girls who went to school with either me or my siblings. For the price of some chocolates and a bit of flirting I get bags of silver for face value $0.50c. Though typing it out i wonder if this sounds jewish or based?

To batboi connoisseurs, I have 1 batboi. Should I buy a full tube of 10 or buy 9 so each one comes in its own airtight case to join my single one in a case already to have 10 singles in their own cases? Or 11 for 1 full tube and 1 sealed case batboi?

Weekly Reminder:
World's total silver reserve is **ONLY** 20 billion toz
20,000 toz of silver cost about 400K USD
For the price of a house, you can get a millionth of all the silver in existence
Not a millionth of a company's shares or a shitcoin's total supply, but a millionth of all the #2 precious metal that is currently accessible to mankind.

Silver truly is undervalued.

I'm not sure if it's worth it at the current gold price. You might get a gram of gold out of the CPU and gold plated connectors if you're lucky. If you have a few hundred old computers and circuit boards it might be worthwhile.

Its going down because its is the only real asset not manipulated by jews. Real estate, commodities, and the stock market are cratering, so people are having to sell gold to cover their ass, resulting in a price dip. This happened in 2008 as well. The price dips when people are forced to liquidate their rainy day gold hedge in a bear market, then price skyrockets after initial dip.
