Brainwash yourself. I can barely do any work at all. My problem started after my first job when I gave it my all and got shit on. There was no leadership, no guidance, and I still succeeded. At the start of my 2nd job out of uni I did the same thing and then halfway through my job I realized no one at work was actually doing work.

I used to work at a cannabis company where for the first 3 or 4 months i was washing cannabis crude jars with ethanol where the fumes were so thick, flies would asphyxiate in the sky. I reached a real low place, but eventually realized if I didn't do it, the entire production would halt, and that through my toil I was keeping the bitch running. So i kept doing it till I reached a sub-significant position and then my self-respect took the wheel and I fucked off.
