Collapse or not I can still afford my rental properties if the market dips.

Rent is still due on the 1st, poorfag.

Ive been making offers on houses in my area 90% below asking price to get the idea out there.

shit lmao. Can we really do this?
I have 14k sitting in my bank and there's a property out there that cannot be bought using a loan from the bank. So basically they have to accept cash only yet it's still listed at 80k

Holy fuck. What an excellent idea. Literally just for shits. Could I even potentially do it under a fake name or in someone else's name?

It never hurts to make an offer. If they sperg out its on them.

Ive bought stuff in the past for way over half off buy just making an offer.

Boomer types freak when I do it but they try to convince me its worth their price. Its sad because even though they are insulted by my low offer they want to sell it. I can tell Im the first offer theyve seen in a while.

Used to go door to door dropping "personalized" letters to owners of tear downs in the neighborhood.

Wait...90% of asking or 90% below asking?
A 10%, 20%, 30%, even 40% drop; maybe depending on how this all plays out.

90% isn't going to happen though. Nobody would sell at those prices because it would ruin them. They'll just slumlord them into rentals if it gets that bad because they can afford to just buy even more property without selling what they have at that point.

I just made two offers at 40% off which was the max they'd let take off.
I'm gonna see what they say.
I did my part.
Now 2 house owners know that their property isn't worth much
