This kid failed validation and got pissed. With the excuse of benchmarking the blockchain, he spammed transactions causing cheap VPS nodes to go offline. Now devs are working on ways to stop spam attacks like this. He showed critical flaws in the testnet, luckily they will be fixed before release. He used only 1 cores out of 8 of his cpu for this, hence why the 8 cores meme
